What youre looking at is Camp Half-Blood, a dangerous summer camp for the hybrid children of Greek gods and humans. The trailers not showing any fantasy creatures yet, but rest assured theyll come. Percy, a 12 year-old with dyslexia and ADHD, learns hes the son of Poseidon, representing the breaking of a promise that the sea god made. He must find the thief of the title, who made off with Zeus thunderbolt.
In addition to Scobell, Percy Jackson and the Olympians stars Leah Sava Jeffries and Aryan Simhadri as Percys friends Annabteh and Grover. Megan Mullally, Jason Mantzoukas, Glynn Turman, Virginia Kull, and Timm Sharp round out the cast.

When kids arrive at Wissahickon Valley Park this summer, they will receive a sword, a team, and a new identity. Then the real adventure beginsone they craft themselves and live out all summer long as demigods.
Taking inspiration from Rick Riordians popular Percy Jackson Chronicles, as well as the Greek mythology that spawned those tales, Camp Half-Blood is a unique summer camp for kids ages 7-10 who have a flair for storytelling, fantasy, and action. Campers arrive at their location, join a hometown , and craft the weeks story together with their counselor. While campers learn and play within activities inspired by stories of mythological heroes from around the world, they find their own unique identity and uncover the clues to a larger adventure that plays out across the week. That adventure culminates at the end of the week in a Quest where monsters and gods come to life for the campers to encounter on an action-packed day of exploration through the park and immersive interaction with the creatures & characters theyve been learning about. Puzzle-solving, rescue missions, and battles are always involved.
Camp Half-Blood is a truly magical place where counselors and campers showed my child a path towards new and wonderful friendships, a parent raves.

Percy Jackson And The Chalice Of The Gods
A standalone novel, Percy Jackson and the Chalice of the Gods, was announced in October 2022, with a release date of September 26, 2023. The book covers events that take place between The Heroes of Olympus and The Trials of Apollo. The novel will be written from Percy’s point of view, much like in the Percy Jackson & the Olympians series.
The Demigod Files is a collection published by Hyperion on February 10, 2009, written entirely by Riordan. It is a companion book to the first series, Percy Jackson & the Olympians, and its main contents are four short stories: “Percy Jackson and the Stolen Chariot”, “Percy Jackson and the Bronze Dragon”, and “Percy Jackson and the Sword of Hades”, and the first chapter of The Last Olympian . Additional contents include interviews with some of the campers, a drawing of Annabeth’s open camp trunk and a “Map of Camp Half-Blood” by Steve James, glossy color illustrations of eight characters by Antonio Caparo, and various crossword puzzles and other activities. The narrative setting is between the fourth and fifth novels.

With help from his friends Grover and Annabeth , Percy must embark on an adventure of a lifetime to find it and restore order to Olympus.
The series has been filming at its Camp Half-Blood set on 20 acres of private land at the corner of 256th Street and 24th Avenue in Aldergrove, according to neighbour Shelly W./@kidswap.
You can see an archery set close to the road and catch glimpses of hobbit houses in the trees.

First Look Of ‘percy Jackson & The Olympians’ Cast In Costume
Scobell plays the 12-year-old son of Poseidon in the series. Joining him in the main trio are Leah Sava Jeffries as Annabeth Chase and Aryan Simhadri as Grover Underwood, Percys best friends and companions who embark with him on a treacherous journey to find Zeus stolen lightning bolt and clear Percys name. Annabeth and Grover arent seen in the teaser.
Season 1 of Percy Jackson and the Olympians will be based on The Lightning Thief, with each season likely being based on the subsequent books after that. The Percy Jackson and the Olympians cast also includes recurring guest stars Virginia Kull as Sally Jackson, Glynn Turman as Chiron , Jason Mantzoukas as Dionysus , Timm Sharp as Gabe Ugliano, and Megan Mullally as Alecto . Percy Jackson author Rick Riordan responds to fans questions about Camp Half-Blood merchandise. Riordans best-selling book series was first adapted into two feature films from 20th Century Fox, which were poorly received by both critics and fans alike. First announced in 2020 after the Mouse House acquired Fox, Percy Jackson and the Olympians is the long-awaited Disney+ adaptation which, with Riordan heavily involved, is expected to be a more faithful live-action depiction of his beloved YA series.
The Adam Projects Walker Scobell leads the Percy Jackson and the Olympians cast as the titular teenage demigod. Its Entrance Is Hidden
Camp Half-Blood is located within the world of mortals despite its ties to the gods above. It can be found on Long Island, New York, but has to be carefully disguised so that passers-by do not come across this elite training ground for the next generation of heroes.
Although it has a bold sign that announces Camp Half-Blood, those who cannot see through the magic will see that it’s Delphi Strawberry Service instead. Percy himself is shocked to discover the location, but it’s likely that this reveal will play into the first episode of the TV show.
What Are The Ages Ranges For Camp
The minimum age to attend Camp Online is 8 years old. Some sessions of camp are for 8-13 year olds and others are for 13-18 year olds. We will make sure that your camper is in an age appropriate cabin.
Park Camp minimum age to attend is 9 years old. There are also sessions for 13-18 only. These ‘teen’ weeks are the same weeks Online and in the Park.
However, our Quest Events are open to demigods of all ages, including 18+!!

The Heroes Of Olympus
The Heroes of Olympus is a pentalogy of books written by Riordan. It chronicles the events of seven demigods and their obstacles involving the waking of the earth goddess, Gaea, and their efforts to stop her. It picks up a year after the end of the Percy Jackson & the Olympians series. Themes include love and teenage angst, as well as dealing with homosexuality.
The Lost Hero is the first book in The Heroes of Olympus series. A Cabin For Each Of The Gods
The Gods have had plenty of children and to organize them amongst the camp, each of the Gods has their own cabins. These cabins are decorated to reflect the deities they represent and only the Demi-Gods of those immortals reside in each one.
Unfortunately, not every God was gifted a cabin though, which means some of their children have to live together. Percy’s cabin is largely empty due to there being very few other children of Poseidon until his brother Tyson comes along that is.

The Battle Of The Legion Of Tartarus
This battle took place on the Winter Solstice of 2013. In this battle Camp Half-Blood was destroyed by the Legion of Tartarus headed by Mikael Winston. Winston had summoned the Legion of Tartarus and Titans, Persians, Egyptians, and even Tartarus himself. The Greeks were allied with the Romans, Norse, and Celtics during this battle.
The battle commenced at 11 AM EST. The troops led by Phil Striker, Keith Landers, Gwen, and JJ flowed over Half-Blood Hill to face the waves of monsters Winston had brought. Rusty and the Norse arrived late to the battle on three flying trirmeres, two of which were destroyed. Upon arriving the battle went into full swing. The allied forces consisting of the demigods looked like they might prevail. Rusty fought his evil half Rusthy formed by Winston in Tartarus while Phil went head to head with his counterpart Stryker. Countless other demigods fought their respective monsters.
In the end Tartarus had arrived and Winston had broken apart and scattered the 4 Ivory Weapons that assembled the Ivory Staff, the only weapon capable of defeating a Primordial without the help of multiple gods. Garrenth, son of Kronos, in his dying efforts to save the surviving demigods sacrificed himself to teleport them through the Realms to Demigod Central. Ethan had stayed behind to download data from his cabin and distract the remaining monsters. He than made a rescue mission to save all the lost demigods in Camp and bring them to safety.
