The Brooklyn Cancer Center provides treatment for cancer and blood disorders, according to a New York Cancer & Blood Specialists news release. It is staffed by Chief of Hematology and Oncology Maxim Shulimovich, MD, Dr. Asmat Ullah, Dr. Shahzaib Nabi, Shreya Goyal, MD, Minh-Phuong Huynh-Le, MD, and Dr. Kalimullah Quadri.

New York Cancer and Blood Specialists, a prominent and respected Oncology/Hematology group, is seeking a BE or BC Hematologist/Medical Oncologist to join a well-established and growing pure sub-specialty practice with academic affiliation. The practice manages a freestanding outpatient 7-day per week Cancer Center with extensive chemotherapy administration, Radiation Oncology, Pharmacy and Research department.We are located throughout the New Jersey and New York Metro area with many locations on Long Island. Principle responsibilities for this position include the clinical care of outpatient and inpatient consultations as well as treatment of cancer using chemotherapy or other medications, such as targeted therapy or immunotherapy. Cancer Care Closer To Home: Physicians Of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center And New York Cancer & Blood Specialists To Open New Cancer Care Facility In Brooklyn

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and New York Cancer & Blood Specialists , one of the fastest-growing community oncology practices in the nation, today announced plans to open a 39,000 sq ft facility in Brooklyn, New York, in early 2023. The new facility will be located at 2236 Nostrand Avenue, at the intersection of Flatbush and Nostrand Avenues .

The new facility will house two independent practices: Memorial Medical Care, PC, which is a new practice formed by a group of MSK physicians, and NYCBS. Through this collaboration, patients will have access to a wide range of services, including advanced imaging, state-of-the-art therapies, cutting-edge clinical trials, and a multidisciplinary team of specialists providing collaborative patient care and delivering the best possible outcomes. Patients requiring complex cancer care and surgery will have direct access to MSKs main hospital in Manhattan.
